Hosting with Angelfire for Free |
|

Angelfire, just like geocities.com will allow you to host a Web site with them for free. If you decide to host your site on angelfire.com, which is free, the tutorial below will help you define your Dreamweaver site, so that you can easily ftp your files up to your site. There are a few negatives about this choice you should be aware of:
Alternatively, I would suggest that you bite the bullet and pay for hosting IF you want your site to look professional and bring you business. The one hosting service I would recommend above all other is this one. http://www.webintegrity.com/2000virtual/w2kservers.html . I would strongly recommend that your take the Microsoft server option in case you want to also use FrontPage. The UNIX options do not include FrontPage server extensions. Also, if you ever want to use ASP technology, you will need a Microsoft server. |
